Experience a new health topic and trail each month. February's topic is cold weather injuries with Dr. Jillian Klauke of Sandpoint Direct Primary Care. Meet at the trailhead at the Pine St. Woods upper parking lot at 8:30 a.m. for a 5 minute health chat then proceed on a group hike. Bring a water bottle and dress for a winter hike, including traction cleats if you have them.
