STORYWALK - READING THAT MOVES YOU.
CURRENT TITLE AT DOVER CITY PARK 699 Lakeshore Avenue in Dover, Idaho
Flowers are Calling by Rita Gray
Bonner County StoryWalks are a fun way to foster a love of reading, nature, and community with children. Pages from a children’s book are posted along a self-guided trail, inviting you to read together as you enjoy time outside.
It is a partnership between East Bonner County Library District, Kaniksu Land Trust, and the city that hosts the StoryWalk on their public trail.
The Youth Librarian selects and updates new stories every month for fresh opportunities to get outside and enjoy a new reading experience together. Leashed dogs are welcome and stories are updated all year long. It’s free, and since it is on a self-guided trail*, you can go anytime or as many times as you like!
*The StoryWalk location at McNearny Park in Ponderay, Idaho is temporarily deactivated. The Sandpoint Library maintains an additional StoryWalk at The Library Garden.
FAN GEAR
