Join Kaniksu Land Trust this summer for guided bird walks across some of our conserved lands and community forests. These relaxed, family-friendly outings are an opportunity to slow down, listen closely, and discover the incredible birds that call the Kaniksu Region home. From songbirds in the forest canopy to waterfowl along wetlands and creeks, each walk offers a chance to deepen your connection to nature while learning from local birding enthusiasts and naturalists. Whether you are an experienced birder or simply bird-curious, all are welcome.
This first walk will take place on conserved property along the beautiful Pack River, offering participants the chance to explore rich riparian habitat that supports a wide variety of bird species and wildlife.
