This workshop will be an introduction to Sashiko, an ancient style of Japanese embroidery, and how to apply this technique to your mending projects. All materials will be provided, just come ready to enjoy the motion of slow stitching and have patches ready for your favorite garments. Students may bring a clothing item and receive instruction on how to mend or enhance the garment.
